Description of Services

Nakshatrica provides Vedic astrology-related services, including but not limited to:

• Birth Chart Generation: Calculation of Vedic birth charts (Kundali) based on date, time, and place of birth using Swiss Ephemeris algorithms
• Panchang Services: Daily, monthly, and yearly Hindu calendar calculations including Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, and Karana
• Dasha Analysis: Vimshottari Dasha period calculations and planetary period analysis
• Baby Name Suggestions: Traditional Vedic names based on Nakshatra and birth details
• Special Dates: Ekadashi, Purnima, Amavasya, and Sankranti calendars

Nature of Astrological Readings

A Vedic astrological horoscope represents calculations and interpretations based on traditional astrological principles. Please understand that:

• Different astrologers may offer varying interpretations of the same birth chart based on their training and experience

Accuracy of Calculations

While we use reasonable efforts to provide accurate astronomical calculations using the Swiss Ephemeris library:

• Calculations depend entirely on the accuracy of information you provide (birth date, time, and location)
• Minor discrepancies may exist due to different Ayanamsa systems or regional Vedic traditions
• Historical timezone data may have limitations for certain time periods or locations
• We use Lahiri Ayanamsa by default; other Ayanamsa systems may yield different results
• Panchang calculations may vary slightly from regional Panchangs due to methodological differences

We make no guarantees or representations regarding the absolute accuracy or significance of any calculation. We cannot be responsible for any interpretation or use that may be made of the calculations provided. We recommend consulting with qualified astrologers for critical matters.

User Responsibility

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information obtained from our Services
• You will not hold Nakshatrica responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of astrological information

You agree to be fully responsible for any claims, expenses, losses, liability, or costs (including legal fees) incurred as a result of breaching these Terms or misusing our Services.
